-Prep Time: 10 mins -Cook Time: 60 mins -Servings: 8 -Calories: 410 kcal

Ingredients

-Ground beef -Hot breakfast sausage -Chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery mix -Extra long grain rice -Dry onion soup mix

Ingredients

-Worcestershire sauce -Dried parsley flakes -Salt or Cajun seasoning -Black pepper

Equipment

-Large saute pan -9"x13" casserole dish -Measuring cups -Measuring spoons

Step 1

-Preheat oven to 375F

Step 2

-In saute pan, break up and brown ground beef and hot sausage -Add onion, pepper, and celery mix -Drain grease

Step 3

-Pour mixture into casserole dish

Step 4

-Sprinkle raw rice on top

Step 5

-Mix with water, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and seasonings

Step 6

-Pour onion soup mixture into casserole dish with meat mixture

Step 7

-Cover with foil and bake for 60 mins

Notes
