This is a super easy dessert recipe! All you need is a mixing bowl, a box of strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and some candy-coated chocolate pieces.  Great for Valentine's Day!

Ingredients

-Strawberry cake mix -Eggs -Canola oil -Coated candy (M&Ms)

Equipment

-Baking sheet -Large mixing bowl -Ice cream scoop -Measuring cups -Mixer -Cooling rack -Silpat baking sheet

Step 1

-Preheat oven to 350F -Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat pad -Set aside

Step 2

-Add cake mix, eggs, and oil to a large bowl -Blend well with mixer -Don't over mix

Step 3

-Fold in half the candy with a spoon or spatula

Step 4

-Using a spoon, form tablespoon-sized cookie dough balls -Place on baking sheet -Top with additional candies

Step 5

-Bake 10-15 minutes -Remove from oven -Let cool for 4-5 minutes

Notes

-Space dough 2 inches apart -You can also top with chocolate chips, sprinkles, or powdered sugar
