How to Make Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Equipment

- Sheet pan - Medium sized bowls - Measuring cups - Measuring spoons

Ingredients

- 10 oz strawberries - 1/2 cup 60% dark chocolate chips - 1/2 tbs coconut oil - 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1/4 cup white chocolate chips - 1/4 cup very finely chopped pecans

Thoroughly rinse strawberries with cold water, and pat dry with a paper towel.

Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave.

Dip strawberry in melted chocolate!

Refrigerate on baking sheet for one hour!

Melt white chocolate in microwave!

Drizzle with white chocolate, roll in chopped nuts and share with your Valentine!
