Ingredients

-Ripe bananas -Unsalted butter -Whole milk -Egg -Vanilla extract -Brown sugar -All purpose flour

Ingredients

-White sugar -Salt -Baking soda -Unsalted walnuts

Equipment

-Standard muffin tin -Whisk -Large mixing bowl -Measuring cups -Measuring spoons

Step 1

-Preheat oven to 350F -Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray -Set aside

Step 2

-Add mashed bananas, melted butter and milk to the mixing bowl -Mix to combine

Step 3

-Beat in the egg, vanilla, and brown sugar

Step 4

-Add in remaining dry ingredients and fold in until just mixed -Fold in the walnuts

Step 5

-Fill muffin tin cups till about 3/4 full -Make sure cups are about equally full -Top with walnuts, if desired

Step 6

-Place in oven and bake for 18-20 mins, or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean

-Remove from oven and let cool for 5 - 10 mins before serving
