Ingredients

-Rotisserie chicken -Spaghetti noodles -Velvetta cheese -Cream of chicken soup -Rotel tomatoes

Ingredients

-Frozen onion, bell pepper, and celery blend -Butter -Salt/pepper

Equipment

-Large pot for paste -Pasta strainer -Whisk -Casserole dish -Measuring spoons

Step 1

-Preheat oven to 350F -Chop chicken meat in bite-sized pieces

Step 2

-Cut cheese into squares and set aside

Step 3

-Boil noodles -Add 1-2 tsp salt -Drain noodles when cooked

Step 4

-Melt butter in 5 QT pot -Add frozen blend -Add soups, tomatoes, cheese, and pepper -Whisk until cheese is melted

Step 5

-Add drained spaghetti and chicken to cheesy Rotel mixture -Stir well

Step 6

-Serve immediately -Alternatively - place in 350F oven for 10 minutes to get nice and hot.

-Add a small amount of milk if dish thickens up in the oven.

-You can left overs in air tight container for three days in fridge.

-You can use left over turkey instead of chicken.
