Recipe Info

-Prep Time: 15 mins -Cook Time: 30 mins -Servings: 40 -Calories: 136 kcal

Cookie Ingredients

-Yellow cake mix -Butter -Evaporated milk -Unsalted chopped pecans -Shredded sweetened coconut

Frosting Ingredients

-Powered sugar -Cream cheese -Whole milk

Equipment

-Mixing bowls -Hand mixer -Whisk -Measuring cups -Measuring spoons

Step 1

-Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2

-Mix cake mix, butter, and milk until well blended -Stir in pecans and coconut

Step 3

-Spread into greased 9"x13" pan

Step 4

-Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until lightly brown

Step 5

-Mix powered sugar and cream cheese with about 2 tbs milk -Use whisk to get honey consistency -Spread on cooled cookies
