4stripsCooked bacon
1tablespoonOlive oilif cooking in pan on stove
Instructions
Combine the ground beef with the dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and black pepper. Divide equally into 8 balls. Press each ball to about ¼" thickness .
Combine the blue cheese, cheddar cheese, and parsley flakes. Mound equally on top of 4 patties. Top with remaining 4 patties pressing edges together to create a seal.
Place patties on a pre-heated grill. Alternatively, heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes, then gently turn over and cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until burgers are no longer pink. Remove from heat and top each patty with 2 pimento cheese. Serve on a hamburger bun with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, if desired.
Notes
The temperature in the refrigerator must be lower than 40 degrees Fahrenheit to keep foods fresh. I purchased a refrigerator thermometer to make sure my refrigerator's temperature was safe. They're fairly inexpensive and well worth the money.Raw ground hamburger stays fresh for 1 to 2 days after purchase. Cooked hamburger meat will stay fresh for up to 3 days.
