Keto Broccoli Slaw Recipe

Crispy broccoli slaw is tossed with avocado oil mayo, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings for a deliciously healthy side dish or a crunchy filling for sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag broccoli slaw
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil mayonnaise (or regular mayo)
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon whole celery seed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a glass bowl or casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.  Stir well.
  • Serve right away or cover and let sit in the refrigerator several hours or overnight.

Notes

Makes approximately four ⅓-cup servings.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
