12 oz bag broccoli slaw ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped 2 Tablespoons avocado oil mayonnaise (or regular mayo) 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon whole celery seed salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a glass bowl or casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Stir well.
Serve right away or cover and let sit in the refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Makes approximately four ⅓-cup servings.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
