– Quick oats – Butter & eggs – Brown sugar – All-purpose flour – Raisins – Granulated sugar – Pure vanilla extract – Cinnamon – Baking powder, baking soda, salt – Chopped pecans
Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and blend for about a minute.
- Fold in the raisins with a spatula until combined. – Cover and chill dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking.
