Panko Chicken Tenders are made with the most tender cut of chicken, the tenderloins! Coated in a creamy mayonnaise-Dijon mustard mixture (Dijonnaise), pressed in seasoned panko breadcrumbs, then oven baked to juicy, crispy perfection!
– mayonnaise – Dijon mustard – Panko breadcrumbs, plain – dried parsley flakes – salt and pepper – onion powder – garlic powder – chicken tenderloins
Spread the mayonnaise-mustard mixture all over each chicken tenderloin.
Press both sides of each chicken tenderloin into the Panko bread crumb mixture. Place onto the prepared cooling rack.
Spray the chicken tenderloins with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes. Eat as is or with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, or ketchup.
