- Honey - Low sodium soy sauce - Avocado oil - Garlic - White vinegar - Sesame oil - Ground ginger - Chicken thigh - Black pepper
Put the chicken thighs in a large zip lock bag. Pour the marinade into the bag, release excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
