How to Make Chicken and Rice (one pot!)

With only 5 minutes of prep time and 30 minutes of cook time, this fabulous dinner is ready to eat before you know it!

INGREDIENTS

- Chicken thighs - Long grain rice - Chicken broth - Onion, bell pepper, celery - Olive oil - Seasonings

Blend the Italian herb seasoning, salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Season chicken thighs with seasoning blend.

Sear the chicken in olive oil.  Then remove it from the pan.

Cook the onion, bell pepper, and celery until tender.

Add the chicken broth, rice, and remaining seasoning mixture.

Lay the chicken thighs on top, cover, and cook as directed. Juicy and oh so flavorful!  Enjoy!
