Sweet Potato Cornbread

This sweet potato cornbread is rich and moist.  Made with mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, and a hint of cinnamon.

- Mashed sweet potato - Self-rising yellow cornmeal mix - Light brown sugar - Vanilla bean paste - Melted butter - Eggs and milk - Cinnamon and sugar - Honey for drizzling on top

Place the mashed sweet potato, cornmeal mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, milk, and eggs in a bowl and mix well.

Carefully pour batter into a hot cast iron skillet.
