Keto Chili Con Carne

Thick and hearty, 30-minute keto chili con carne is packed with delicious flavors and made without beans.

INGREDIENTS

- ground beef - smoked sausage - canned tomatoes - onion, bell pepper, and celery - beef broth or bone broth - chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic, bay leaf, etc.

Brown the sliced sausage.  Remove from pot.

Saute the chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery. Remove from pot.

Cook the ground beef.  Drain off the fat.

Return sausage and veggies to pot.  Add canned tomatoes and all the seasonings.

Slow-simmer for at least 30 minutes. This makes the beef very tender and the chili extra flavorful!
