Pork Chops with Cream of Mushroom Soup

Confession: I love using cream of mushroom soup for pork chops! It's quick, easy, and creates tender chops with mushroom gravy!

INGREDIENTS

- Pork chops (bone-in) - Cream of mushroom soup - Sliced fresh mushrooms - Flour - Seasoning - Olive oil Tip:  I like Cambell's brand

Season the pork chops (I chose lemon pepper) and lightly dredge them in flour.

Sear (brown) the chops in a hot skillet.

Remove pork chops from the skillet and cook fresh sliced mushrooms.

Return pork chops to pan.  Spoon cream of mushroom soup on top. Cover and cook as directed!

Serve your pork chop with rice or mashed potatoes and spoon this amazing gravy on top!
