Rotel Chicken Spaghetti with Velveeta Cheese

Everybody loves Rotel Chicken Spaghetti!  Why?  It's a thick, creamy, cheesy, one pot, comfort food that's ready to eat in 30 minutes!  Oh, and super delicious too!

INGREDIENTS

- Rotisserie chicken - Spaghetti noodles - Velveeta cheese - Cream of chicken soup - Cream of mushroom soup - Rotel tomatoes - Onion, bell pepper, and celery blend - Butter - Pepper

Roughly chop or shred cooked chicken. Set aside.

Cut the Velveeta cheese into squares and set aside.

Cook the spaghetti noodles then place them in a colander to drain.

Cook the chopped onion, bell peppers, and celery until they're tender.

Add both soups, Rotel tomatoes, Velveeta cheese, and black pepper.  Stir with a whisk.

Add spaghetti and chicken to the pot.  Stir well.  Eat immediately.

Serve with crusty French bread and green salad.
