Cook, cool, and crumble one pan of cornbread.  Add soup, broth, egg, and seasonings. Mix well.


Saute the onion, bell pepper, and celery in butter.


Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery mixture to the cornbread mixture.


Pour into casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350F.
