This super easy marinade makes the best baked boneless skinless chicken thighs! Or throw them on your grill or griddle with your favorite sides for an easy meal!
With a whisk, blend the salad dressing, Allegro marinade, and garlic in a small bowl.
Add chicken thighs in a single layer to a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken thighs and seal the bag.
Place the bag in the refrigerator, and marinate it for 4-8 hours (turn chicken over halfway through the marinate time). Place the thighs on a sheet pan and bake at 425F for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done. Let it rest 5 minutes before eating.
Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli, if desired.

This marinade can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Keep it in a jar or another type of container with a lid.You can also freeze it for longer storage, ensuring you have a quick and flavorful option for your busy days. Use it within 3 months.
