– chicken tenderloins – Panko breadcrumbs – dried parsley flakes – salt and pepper – onion powder – garlic powder – mayonnaise – Dijon mustard (or plain mustard)
Spread the mayonnaise-mustard mixture on the chicken tenderloins.
Press the chicken tenderloins into the Panko bread crumb mixture. Place onto the prepared cooling rack.
Spray the chicken tenderloins with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes.
