Sear the ribs on each side. Remove from pot.


Add olive oil, yellow onion, and carrots; then add broth, balsamic vinegar, red wine, and honey.


Add the seared ribs back to the Instant Pot with the herbs.  Cook 45 minutes.



When done, remove the ribs and vegetables.  Use an immersion blender to smooth the gravy.

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
