Peach Cobbler Cake with Glaze

This peach cobbler pound cake is made with canned peaches! It's made from scratch but incredibly easy to make. Oh you'll love it!

Peaches in the middle and peaches on the top! Rich and sweet, kissed with cinnamon, and peachy goodness :)

KEY INGREDIENTS

– all purpose flour – granulated sugar – eggs – canned peaches – butter – oil – Mexican vanilla bean paste – ground cinnamon - baking powder and salt

Prepare the cake batter. Remove 2 cups of the batter and set aside. Pour the remaining batter into the cake pan.

Add a layer of sliced peaches.

Pour the remaining batter on top of the peaches and bake as directed.

Add more sliced peaches.  Pour the first glaze on top: hot brown sugar glaze over the cake.

After the cake has completely cooled, pour the second glaze on top!   Two glazes means double the flavor in this irresistible treat!  Yum!
