Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake

The perfect fall cake begins with a box of spice cake mix! Add canned pumpkin puree, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and instant pudding mix for a moist and decadent Thanksgiving dessert!

CAKE INGREDIENTS

- Spice cake mix - Canned pumpkin - Oil - Unsalted chopped pecans - Water - Eggs - Vanilla pudding mix - Ground cinnamon - Pure vanilla extract

ICING INGREDIENTS

- Cream cheese - Powdered sugar - Pure vanilla extract - Milk

Grease and flour Bundt pan.

Mix all ingredients, except pecans in a large bowl until well blended.  Then fold in the pecans.

Pour into Bundt pan and bake until it's done.  Let it cool completely before frosting.

Blend the cream cheese frosting ingredients until nice and smooth.

Pipe or spread onto the cooled cake.
