This creamy Green Olive Dip is simply made with green olives, cream cheese, and garlic powder! How easy is that? Just blend the ingredients and enjoy right away (no waiting sounds good to me!). Serve with your favorite crackers, crostini, pita chips, or veggie sticks for an amazing appetizer.
½cuppitted green olives stuffed with pimentosroughly chopped, plus extra for garnish
2-3Tablespoonsliquid from olive jar
½teaspoongarlic powder

Instructions
Place the cream cheese, chopped olives, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of the liquid (brine) from the olive jar in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Taste test the dip and if needed, add another tablespoon of the olive brine. Stir well, making sure the olives are evenly distributed in the dip.
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl or dish and top with some chopped olives and pimentos. Serve immediately with your favorite crostini, crackers, or veggie sticks.
