Heavenly Cinnamon Swirl Pound Cake

This is no ordinary Cinnamon Swirl Pound Cake!  With a cinnamon swirl in the middle and toasted coconut pecan topping. This easy recipe begins with boxed yellow cake mix!

INGREDIENTS

- sweetened coconut flakes, toasted  – yellow cake mix – sour cream – large eggs – canola oil – milk - cinnamon - chopped pecans - powdered sugar - Mexican vanilla bean paste

Mix the cake batter, set aside 2 cups, pour remaining batter into tube pan.

Sprinkle cinnamon pecan mixture on top of batter then swirl it in.

Spread remaining batter on top.

Bake it. Let it cool.

Add the glaze.
